"Maya is that kind of dog that wraps you around the finger very quickly. She is friendly and very tender, easy to handle and she gets along with our two other dogs. Since she is a bit skinny we give her special food. We will take her to a dog school. Being a Podenco she already tried to escape through our fence - but without sucess since it is very high. In our garden she can run free without problems."

Sammy apareció rondando la casa de unos holandeses buscando comida ya que la encontramos muy desnutrida. Parece que fue maltratada porque al principio muestra miedo, costó bastante cogerla, tenía además heridas en su cola y en la oreja.
Cuando confía es muy buena, le gustan los niños y es divertida. Ahora en el refugio empieza a relacionarse con la gente y los otros perros. Es muy lista y buena, aprende rápido y mejora cada día.
