She has connected the aort and the pulmonary artery. She will be operated on 2nd May. The operation has been a success!!Description
She was abbandoned with her brothers and sisters in the mountain. All her brothers and sisters had been adopted. Tortilla had too a home but the family when knew that she had problems in her small heart, decided to adopt another puppy in other city.
We want to operate her but it's cost 800€. We don't want that the family who will adopt her pay the operation, we will pay it. But a lot of Spanish families want only a health dogs... But after operation, Tortilla will be a perfect and health dog.
She is very sweet and warm puppy. She loves to be with other animals, dogs and cats and people. She can play with all without problems.
She loves to play with Llongueras (you can see the videos..) and disturb de old Sam. She enjoys to be free in the land and run and to roll around the grass.
She needs a responsabile family with a lot of love.
If we don't operate her, she won't live a lot, maybe some months. Because her heart is working a lot to push blood to 2 arteries. So, her heart will be bigger and for that her trachea is parallel to her spine. And we will finsih with heart failure. Afer operation, she must live during 15 days in absolutly calm, without other dogs, cats, children, toys.... she can't make efforts. And after these 2 weeks, she will have a normal life, she can start to live again. Now is in operating room. We hope that all will be ok.
Tortilla has been operated and all was ok. This afternoon we can visit her and tomorrow she can go to her new fosterhome during 2 weeks.
